conditions of participation

1.) General information

All natural and legally competent persons who purchased a KTM e-bike or concluded a leasing contract between March 1, 2024 and December 31, 2024 are eligible to participate. Important for leasing: A receipt from the dealer including the frame number must be submitted.

Participants are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the data provided.

2.) Prize

The winners will be drawn at random in week 2, 2025 and notified by e-mail. The winners must reply to this email within two weeks to arrange a pick-up date, otherwise the claim to the prize will be forfeited without substitution and the e-bike will be raffled again. There is no obligation to accept the prize.

Important note: When collecting the prize, the hangtag with the QR code must be handed in.

Cash redemption or payment in other material assets or exchange of the prize is excluded.

The prize cannot be transferred to third parties.

3.) Liability

The organizer accepts no liability for the accuracy and completeness of all information.

Claims for damages against the organizer in connection with the competition are excluded - to the extent permitted by law - regardless of the legal grounds, unless the organizer has intentionally or grossly negligently violated legal obligations. Furthermore, the organizer is not liable for damages resulting from the impairment of the availability of the competition website in the event of technical faults and force majeure events beyond its control.

4.) Data protection

In the course of running the competition, we process participants' personal data in accordance with our privacy policy.
 

5.) Final provisions

The organizer reserves the right to exclude participants from taking part in the competition if they violate the conditions of participation. The same applies in the event that participants use manipulation or other dishonest means or attempt to influence the competition in any other unfair way.

The organizer also reserves the right to cancel the competition in whole or in part. This applies in particular if the prize draw cannot run as planned for any reason, such as computer viruses, software and hardware errors and/or for other technical and/or legal reasons that affect the administration, security, integrity and/or regular and proper execution of the prize draw.

Austrian law shall apply exclusively, excluding the conflict of law rules of private international law.

Recourse to the courts is excluded.
