Facebook/Instagram competition Conditions of participation
1) General information
Participation in the competition on the Instagram fan page: "KTM Bike Industries (instagram.com/ktmbikeindustries | @ktmbikeindustries)" or the Facebook page: "KTM Bike Industries (facebook.com/ktmbikesofficial | @ktmbikesofficial)" (hereinafter referred to as "the organizer"), is only possible subject to these conditions of participation. The competition is not supported by Facebook or Instagram and is not affiliated with Facebook or Instagram. The organizer of the competition is KTM Fahrrad GmbH in cooperation with Österreich Werbung.
2) Conditions of participation
2.1) General
All natural and legally competent persons with a minimum age of 18 years can participate. Employees of the organizer are excluded from participation. Participation is only possible within the period specified in the competition description. Legal recourse is excluded.
2.2) Deadline
The competition starts on Friday 17.5.2024 at 10:00 am and ends on Monday 27.5.2024 at 10:00 am. The winner will also be notified of the prize on 27.5.2024.

3) Prize
Voucher for a stay at the 4-star superior Hotel Schwaigerhof
3 nights / 2 persons in a double room including breakfast (to be redeemed summer 2024 or summer 2025)
A change or cash payment of the prize is excluded. The winner will be notified by us via Instagram or Facebook, and only via our official channels (FB: @ktmbikesoffical / IG: @ktmbikeindustries). If the winner does not respond within the deadline (1 week), the prize will be forfeited without substitution. All participants in the competition will be thrown into a lottery pot (Facebook and Instagram together) and then 1 winner will be drawn. The winner will be drawn using a random generator.
4) Liability
Claims for damages against the organizer in connection with the competition are excluded - to the extent permitted by law - regardless of the legal grounds, unless the organizer has intentionally or grossly negligently violated legal obligations. Furthermore, the organizer is not liable for damages resulting from the impairment of the availability of the competition website in the event of technical faults and force majeure events beyond its control.
5) Data protection

6) Final provisions
6.1 The organizer reserves the right to exclude participants from the competition in the event of violations of the conditions of participation. The same applies in the event that participants use manipulation or other dishonest means or attempt to influence the competition in any other unfair manner.
6.2 The organizer also reserves the right to cancel the competition in whole or in part. This applies in particular if the prize draw cannot run as planned for any reason, such as computer viruses, software and hardware errors and/or for other technical and/or legal reasons that affect the administration, security, integrity and/or regular and proper execution of the prize draw.
6.3 Legal recourse is excluded.
